Church Of Ascension – Now Completed
Working with Rosslee Construction we are bringing back to life the church of ascension, new underfloor heating being fed via Air source heat pumps.

St Josephs Care Home
Completed job – St Joseph’s care home, Manchester. Working with John Turner construction to design, install and commission services to a new build 3 storey extension to the existing care home, including Domestics, Heating, ventilation, BMS integration and dry riser.
Warrington Bus Depot
CM Oxendale Ltd have secured the mechanical and plumbing package at the new Warrington bus depot; working with Carefoot plc, the works will start onsite April 2022.
Manchester Jewish Museum.
Great to see The Manchester Jewish Museum now fully completed. Handed over earlier this year, working with HH Smith on a grade 2 listed museum. Full Mechanical, BMS and plumbing installation.
