CM Oxendale Ltd have carried out the installation of Underfloor heating within the concrete slab, over 11,500m of REHAU underfloor heating pipework was installed to service 2836m2 of retail space. A gas fired boiler plant, BMS controls, domestic services and drainage have been installed services the staff and WC facilities.
