CM Oxendale Ltd were employed by Lancashire Police to carry out the replacement of the existing 1MW boiler plant servicing Burnley Police station and courts. The works included a new gas fired hot water generation plant, mechanical input air, upgrading gas services and new BMS controls.

The works were carried out to as not to affect the operation of the police station, custody suite or courts.
