CM Oxendale Ltd carried out the replacement of the existing boiler plants at Lancashire Police Headquarters; the works included removal of existing boiler plant, installation of new Boilers, installation of gaslines, making good insulation and alterations to the existing BMS controls to suit the new arrangement.

The works were carried out while the buildings were in use.
