CM Oxendale Ltd were employed by Globe Management services as a specialist Mechanical contractor with extensive design knowledge following the collapse of the M&E contractor appointed at Morecambe FC. Our scope of works included review of the installed systems and compliance with the specification set out by the client, completion of known defects/snagging, full review and checking of design flow rates, on completion a fully detailed report on behalf of the main contractor and client.
