St Marys Church at Oswaldtwistle had installed existing electrical radiant panels at high level which were in-effective and provided hot spots directly below the panels and left church goers cold when not below the panels.
The solution was for a new gas fired condensing boilers and radiators to be installed to heat up the church 1 hour before service’s started, installed with the heating are new de-strat fans at high level to ensure the warm air is pushed down onto the congregation, these have been installed with a summer bypass switch, that allows for use of the fans in the summer to provide an element of cooling.
