We are proud to announce our recent partnership with The Lighthouse Charity.

Supporting the wellbeing of our staff is a priority, and this partnership marks an important step in strengthening the support
available. Alongside access to vital wellbeing resources, The Lighthouse Charity will also be providing additional training for our
staff, helping to build awareness and equip our teams with the knowledge to better support themselves and one another.

We will be rolling out access to these resources to ensure anyone who may need help can access it easily and confidentially.
At the same time, we are pleased to be backing a fantastic organisation that provides free, 24/7 emotional, physical, and
financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families.
