Apprenticeships

Oxendale Building Services Engineering is committed to investing in local talent through its apprenticeship programme.

Our apprentices undertake a structured four-year training programme, combining hands-on site experience with day release at college to achieve recognised industry qualifications.

We are passionate about developing our people and supporting long-term career progression. On successful completion of their training, apprentices continue their careers with Oxendale, progressing into skilled and valued members of the team.
