We’re pleased to be working alongside our trusted supply chain partners on behalf of Equans, delivering the mechanical and electrical upgrade works at House of Sport Manchester.

Originally constructed for the 2002 Commonwealth Games, the venue has an important place within Manchester’s sporting history. Now, it is undergoing a significant programme of M&E upgrades to help bring its building services up to date and support the facility for the future.

Our works cover a wide range of systems across the venue, including lighting, power, PA systems, heating decarbonisation, BMS upgrades, domestic services, sanitary ware, ventilation and DX systems.

With such a broad range of services being delivered, close coordination between our team, supply chain partners and the wider project team is essential to ensure each element works together effectively.

It’s another fantastic opportunity for our team to contribute to the continued improvement of an important Manchester venue, combining modern building services with a facility that has played a part in the city’s sporting story for more than 20 years.
