Proud to Support Parklands Academy’s Outdoor Project

A huge thank you to Patrick Wright, who generously gave up his time and resources to support Parklands Academy with their exciting large scale garden project. With help from our friends at John Wade Groundworks Ltd. T/A Wade Group, the team spent the day transforming the outdoor space by:

* Digging a 30m trench
* Laying and embedding the stone
* Installing land drainage
* Backfilling the trench
* Removing the brick raised beds
* Levelling the ground, ready for the pupils to use during their Learning Challenge Week

It was an incredibly rewarding day. The pupils got involved wherever they could, learning new skills and helping bring the project to life.

At CM Oxendale, we were delighted to donate the materials and supplies needed to support the day’s work. Being able to contribute to projects that make a lasting difference is something we truly value.

The highlight of the day? Hearing a pupil say it was “the best day ever at school.” Moments like that remind us why projects like these matter.

We are delighted to have played a small part in helping Parklands Academy move this fantastic project forward, and we are looking forward to seeing how the garden develops.
