We are currently on site delivering a Health & Pharmaceuticals project in Leeds, led by our Yorkshire Branch Manager, Richard McGurty. It’s great to see the works progressing well, and we’d like to thank everyone involved for their continued collaboration and commitment.

Our package includes:

* Stage 5 coordination drawings produced in collaboration with the electrical contractor
* Air conditioning
* Heating
* Domestic services
* Drainage
* Six cold stores

The project also features air source heat pumps and buffer vessels, providing both heating and hot water in a duty/standby arrangement. Throughout the project, we are working closely with the electrical and BMS contractors to ensure seamless coordination, with works progressing at pace on site.

This is one of our major projects being delivered during the busy summer shutdown period. Across the business, we currently have 12 projects on site that commenced in July, with further schemes due to begin in September following the summer shutdowns.

Our continued growth has also seen the successful expansion of our self delivery for Electrical installation, alongside our annual apprenticeship intake. July marked our largest employee intake to date, welcoming 10 new colleagues who have already hit the ground running to help deliver these projects.
