We are pleased to share an update from our project at Southport Formby District General Hospital, where works are now nearing completion and progressing well towards handover.

Working alongside Warden Construction Ltd, our team has delivered a comprehensive mechanical services package across the project, covering a wide range of systems designed to support the hospital’s day-to-day operation.

The works have included:

Ventilation systems
LTHW and chilled water services to fan coil units
Fan coil units
Sanitary ware
Domestic hot and cold water services
Medical gas systems, including oxygen and Medi-Vac
Air conditioning
Dedicated air conditioning works within the UPS room

With such a broad mechanical package being delivered within a healthcare environment, careful planning and coordination have been key throughout the project. Our team has worked closely with the wider project team to coordinate the various services and ensure each element is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

As the project moves towards completion, the focus is now on finalising the remaining works, completing the necessary checks and preparing for handover.
