MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of mechanical building-services projects from pre- construction through to successful handover.
THE ROLE
- Manage mechanical projects from award to completion
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and programme
- Oversee procurement, cost control and project reporting
- Ensure quality, H&S and client expectations are achieved
- Lead site meetings and maintain strong client relationships
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven mechanical / building-services commercial project experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, heating, plumbing and associated systems
- Commercial awareness with confident programme and cost management
- Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
- A proactive approach with a focus on delivery and quality
