PAUL TOWLER
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Paul has been with CM Oxendale Ltd since 2000; starting as an apprentice, serving his time with the company and is now Operations Director/Owner. Having gained NVQ’s, ONC’s and HNC’s in industry accredited fields, along with IOSH qualifications in Health and Safety, he is responsible for the operational running of company activities.
He has extensive experience in all commercial installations and holds numerous accreditations – Engtech; LCIBSE; ACIPHE.
AMY TOWLER

DAVID RAMSDALE
PRE CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN DIRECTOR
He has been working for a design consultancy as a mechanical design engineer for a number of years and has joined us as the design and pre-construction manager in 2020.
Dave has a MSc. BEng in Building Services and MCIBSE IEng registration and will be aiming to get his Chartered Engineering status CEng
DARREN LOFT
CONTRACTS MANMAGER
Darren joined CM Oxendale’s in June 2022 after a progressive career from a Heating and Ventilation apprenticeship in 1995 through to his current role as Contracts manager.
With 26 Years of experience in HVAC industry he has delivered several prestigious contracts over his time.
Darren has experience in tendering projects through to the delivery of them, along with the compliance, budget and programme being adhered to.
DARREN LOFT
CONSTRUCTION MANMAGER
Simon brings over 35 years of invaluable experience to his role as Construction Manager at C. M. Oxendale. With a lifelong immersion in the construction industry and a passion for delivering excellence, Simon is a trusted leader known for his expertise, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction. Academic qualifications include a HND in Construction/Building.
DANIEL CHALONER
PROJECT MANMAGER
Dan completed his Apprenticeship at Oxendales before becoming a lead engineer on many of our larger sites. He left the company to become a self employed Project manager and was subcontracted to ourselves on a full time basis before rejoining Oxendales in 2024. He now leads our Manchester Royal Infirmary Projects alongside Simon our Construction Manager.
PATRICK WRIGHT
PROJECT MANMAGER
Patrick joined CM Oxendale in April 2018. He started his career as a plumbing and heating engineer working on domestic & light commercial new build and refurbishments. Leaving life on to tools to secure a position of Heating & Gas Surveyor for Twin Valley Homes looking after a housing stock of over 8,000 properties he then moved into contracting with PH Jones and British Gas as Site Supervisor, Design & Estimating Manager before Area Operations Manager looking after the North West England & Yorkshire areas. With over 25 years of wide ranging experience from an engineer, to surveying, to estimating, on site management through to area management & project management across the social housing and private sectors Patrick is responsible for the successful management of projects for CM Oxendale Ltd. Patrick has completed a management diploma and IOSH Health & Safety qualification in his time at CM Oxendale.
RICHARD MCGURTY
PROJECT MANMAGER
Richard joined CM Oxendale in 2013 as an apprentice heating engineer, he has completed his NVQ’s in plumbing and heating, as well as IOSH accreditation. He has completed his HNC in Mechanical Engineering and is currently studying at Leeds Beckett University to achieve BEng (Hons) Building Services Engineering.
RYAN HALL RICHARDSON

Ryan joined CM Oxendale in 2017 as an apprentice heating engineer, he has completed his NVQ’s in plumbing and heating. He is a GASSAFE registered engineer and is currently undertaking his HNC in Mechanical Building Engineering.
