We specialise in the design, installation, and delivery of building services, including plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and
associated electrical works. Our expertise spans commercial, residential, and public-sector projects, working with clients such as local authorities, healthcare providers, offices, retail, leisure facilities, and industrial sites.

Directly Employed Team
We employ a dedicated team of 28 operatives and 6 apprentices delivering mechanical services, supported by 21 office-based staff across estimating, pre-construction, design, project delivery, and service teams. This in-house expertise allows us to maintain consistency, quality, and accountability at every stage.

Working with trusted supply chain partners and a self delivery model for electrical installations means we can offer a full in house mechanical and electrical offering to clients. This approach ensures seamless coordination, improved efficiency, and reduced project downtime.
Full Delivery Model
We operate a complete delivery model, working closely with our sister company, SWIFT Mechanical Services, whose in-house teams specialise in pipework and HVAC installations. This enables us to provide a streamlined, end-to-end service from concept through to completion.
