Last week, we brought together our office team and field operatives for an annual company get together. This was a great opportunity to reflect, share updates, recognise achievements and look ahead to what’s next.

Despite it being one of the hottest days of the year, everyone was in great spirits and made the most of the day. With a pizza van, ice cream and plenty of cold drinks on hand, it was the perfect way to thank the team while enjoying some well earned time together.

The day started with dedicated Health & Safety sessions for both our management team and field operatives, reinforcing our commitment to keeping safety at the heart of everything we do.

Paul Towler, David Ramsdale and Sam Dinsdale then presented the 5 year business plan, sharing their vision for the future and ensuring everyone understands the direction we are heading in. Open communication is key to our success, and keeping every member of the team informed means we are all working towards the same goals.

With several new projects about to get underway and our annual school servicing programme starting over the summer break, we are now preparing for one of our busiest times of the year.
