Paul Towler

Managing Director

Paul has been with CM Oxendale Ltd since 2000; starting as an apprentice, serving his time with the company and is now Operations Director/Owner. Having gained NVQ’s, ONC’s and HNC’s in industry accredited fields, along with IOSH qualifications in Health and Safety, he is responsible for the operational running of company activities.

He has extensive experience in all commercial installations and holds numerous accreditations – Engtech; LCIBSE; ACIPHE.

Amy Towler

Director/Company Secretary

Amy has been with CM Oxendale Ltd since 2013, she has since gained a level 2 qualification in accountancy. Her Main roles include general accounts, administrative and reception duties.

David Ramsdale

Pre-construction and Design Director

Dave has over 16 years’ experience in the HVAC industry starting his career as an apprentice plumbing and heating engineer.

He has been working for a design consultancy as a mechanical design engineer for a number of years and has joined us as the design and pre-construction manager in 2020.

Dave has a MSc. BEng in Building Services and MCIBSE IEng registration and will be aiming to get his Chartered Engineering status CEng

Darren Loft

Contracts Manager

Darren joined CM Oxendale’s in June 2022 after a progressive career from a Heating and Ventilation apprenticeship in 1995 through to his current role as Contracts manager.
With 26 Years of experience in HVAC industry he has delivered several prestigious contracts over his time.
Darren has experience in tendering projects through to the delivery of them, along with the compliance, budget and programme being adhered to.

Simon Lee

Construction Manager

Simon brings over 35 years of invaluable experience to his role as Construction Manager at C. M. Oxendale. With a lifelong immersion in the construction industry and a passion for delivering excellence, Simon is a trusted leader known for his expertise, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction. Academic qualifications include a HND in Construction/Building.

Daniel Chaloner

Project Manager

Dan completed his Apprenticeship at Oxendales before becoming a lead engineer on many of our larger sites. He left the company to become a self employed Project manager and was subcontracted to ourselves on a full time basis before rejoining Oxendales in 2024. He now leads our Manchester Royal Infirmary Projects alongside Simon our Construction Manager.

Patrick Wright

Project Manager

Patrick joined CM Oxendale in April 2018. He started his career as a plumbing and heating engineer working on domestic & light commercial new build and refurbishments. Leaving life on to tools to secure a position of Heating & Gas Surveyor for Twin Valley Homes looking after a housing stock of over 8,000 properties he then moved into contracting with PH Jones and British Gas as Site Supervisor, Design & Estimating Manager before Area Operations Manager looking after the North West England & Yorkshire areas. With over 25 years of wide ranging experience from an engineer, to surveying, to estimating, on site management through to area management & project management across the social housing and private sectors Patrick is responsible for the successful management of projects for CM Oxendale Ltd. Patrick has completed a management diploma and IOSH Health & Safety qualification in his time at CM Oxendale.

Richard McGurty

Project Manager

Richard joined CM Oxendale in 2013 as an apprentice heating engineer, he has completed his NVQ’s in plumbing and heating, as well as IOSH accreditation. He has completed his HNC in Mechanical Engineering and is currently studying at Leeds Beckett University to achieve BEng (Hons) Building Services Engineering.

Ryan Hall Richardson

Project Manager

Ryan joined CM Oxendale in 2017 as an apprentice heating engineer, he has completed his NVQ’s in plumbing and heating. He is a GASSAFE registered engineer and is currently undertaking his HNC in Mechanical Building Engineering.

Joshua Pearce

Project Manager

Josh joined CM Oxendale in 2015 as an apprentice heating/Gas engineer, he has completed his NVQ’s in plumbing and heating. He is a Gas Safe registered engineer and is about to take his HNC in Mechanical Building Engineering.

Declan Lyons

Estimating Manager

Declan joined CM Oxendale Ltd in 2008 training as an estimator with the company, he has obtained his ONC/HNC in Building services with the company. Declan manages tenders up to the value of 2 million each and currently turns over 38 million in tender returns per annum.

Gill Clarkson

Projects Admin

Gill joined C M Oxendale in April 2019.

She started her career in accounts for a major nationwide electrical retailer, before moving into the field of Contract Packaging where she became Senior Account Executive Manager.

After 25 years, she moved positions into the Construction Industry responsible for reactive maintenance, purchasing and accounts.

After joining C m Oxendale, Gill’s responsibilities include Project Administration, purchasing and purchase accounts.

Darcey Powell

Accounts Admin

Darcey joined C M Oxendale in January 2020. She assists Amy with Accounts and will be gaining her Accounting level 2 qualification through C M Oxendale. Other duties consist of general administration and reception duties as well as helping the Estimating Manager where possible.

Sam Hargreaves

Junior Building Services Project Engineer

Sam has been with CM Oxendale Ltd since April 2015; starting as an AutoCAD technician/office junior. He has achieved a Level 3 NVQ in Construction in the Built environment and has also achieved a Level 2 qualification in 2D AutoCAD. He is responsible for drawing up the Mechanical services designs for a variety of projects we take on. He is currently working towards his HNC in Building services (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Pathway) to aid in the design aspect of our projects.

Piotr Korczynski

AUTOCAD Technician

Piotr has been with CM Oxendale since June 2022. Prior to Oxendales he has worked as a programmer in precision engineering as well as being a system designer for security based products. He has a level 3 NVQ in AutoCAD and a level 2 in Electrical Installations and will be working alongside Sam in the drawing up of Mechanical designs for the variety of projects we take on.

John Oxendale

Small works Manager

John has been with the company since it was founded in 1987, he is responsible for the running of our reactive and proactive maintenance engineers. He is also our appointed Gassafe manager for the company. He has water regulation certification, including specialist qualifIcations in dis-infection and legionella. He also has IOSH accreditation for Health and safety.

Heath Fairbrother

Project Supervisor

Heath has been with CM Oxendale for over 25 years. He started at Oxendales as a site foreman and now assists colleagues in the operational support of live projects.
