Another successful project completed here at CM Oxendale Ltd.

There were two parts to this project. One part involved refurbishing No.59 High Street to create a three-storey ‘winter garden’ style space that will act as a lobby, break-out area, and small events space. The other part was a new build two-storey extension on the site of the adjacent, linked to No.59, to provide an internet café, games area, learning kitchen, and access to a rear garden, including a first-floor space for group activities.

We had the full mechanical package on this scheme, which included the following:

* Domestic & Drainage services, including Cat 5 booster to serve external taps
* Hot Water Heaters
* Sanitaryware
* Air Conditioning
* Heat Recovery Ventilation, Extract Fans, and De-Strat Fan
* Building Management System (BMS)
