Project Update | St Marys & St Joseph

We are pleased to share an update from one of our latest projects at St Mary & St Joseph School, where our team is delivering a range of mechanical services to improve the school’s heating, cooling and hot water systems.

The project includes the installation of a new Mitsubishi DX heating and cooling system, providing a modern solution to help manage temperatures across the school and create a more comfortable environment for staff and pupils.

Alongside this, we are installing an Adveco Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system to meet the school’s hot water requirements. The new system will provide a modern and efficient approach to hot water provision as part of the wider project works.

As Principal Contractor, CM Oxendale is also responsible for coordinating the works on site and managing the different elements of the installation. This includes arranging roof access for cabling and DX pipework routing, requiring careful planning and coordination to ensure the works can progress safely and effectively.

With multiple systems being installed as part of the project, close coordination between our team and the wider project team is essential. From planning the routes for new services through to installation and commissioning, our focus remains on delivering the works to a high standard while minimising disruption to the school environment.

The project is progressing well, and our team continues to work on site as the installation moves forward. We look forward to sharing further updates as the project develops and the new systems begin to take shape.

Another project where our team is combining technical expertise, careful coordination and practical delivery to provide improved building services for the future.
