We are proud to have played a part in the successful transformation of Mere Spa, which has recently celebrated its grand re-opening.

As part of the refurbishment, CM Oxendale Ltd delivered a range of mechanical building services, including:

* New Building Management & Control System (BMS)
* New domestic water distribution pipework serving showers, basins, WCs and kitchen sinks
* New ventilation systems
* New above-ground drainage systems
* New Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) distribution serving underfloor heating, radiators and heater batteries

Projects like this are a great example of what can be achieved through collaboration, and we’d like to thank TR Building & Interiors Ltd for the opportunity to work together.
