CM Oxendale Ltd works as main contractor to carry out the full refurbishment of brownlow fold nursery; the works included the full mechanical and electrical replacment of services to the building. CM Oxendale Ltd worked with Cronshaw Electrical Ltd and Winworth construction Ltd to carry out the refurbishment of the nursery over a very tight 8 week construction programme, delivering the required areas to allow the nursery to open back up on the 5th september. The works included full demolition works, relocation of welfare facilities, construction of 3 extensions, full electrical re-wire, full mechanical installation.
