Quest Dental, Burnley

CM Oxendale Ltd carried out the installation of 12 new dental suites within the former Listed night club; the existing building internally was totally removed.

New heating, domestic and drainage systems were installed, along with ventilation and air conditioning to all areas, Medical gases and VAC were installed to all of the dental suites.

The boiler plantroom was located on the 2nd floor within an existing building, requiring that all the boiler plant been transported up stairs with specialist moving equipment.
