Last weekend, some of the team swapped desks for hiking boots and took on the walk to Stickle Tarn in the Lake District.
Despite the weather doing its best to test them, it was a fantastic opportunity to get together, catch up, and talk about something other than work. Sometimes the best team building happens away from the office.
The route was 7.42km and took just over four hours to complete (including a couple of well earned stops along the way). Safe to say the pub lunch afterwards was thoroughly deserved!
A big thank you to David Ramsdale and Gemma Lonsdale for organising the day and bringing it all together. It was a great reminder that building strong teams isn’t just about what happens during the working day, it’s also about creating opportunities to connect, recharge, and enjoy the journey together.
Here’s to the next adventure!
