Our Design and Project Delivery leads David Ramsdale and Ryan Richardson presented our M&E proposals The University of Salford Facilities Team, prior to commencement of delivery onsite in July 2026.

Engaging with the Facilities Team at this early stage ensures valuable input is captured, helping us meet all requirements for the successful handover of the scheme in 2027.

Stage 5 designs are being finalised alongside the client design team led by Morgan Sindall Construction and end users in BIM level 2, ensuring a fully co-ordinated design prior to commencement onsite.

Throughout the delivery, The University of Salford Facilities Team and end users will be attending and engaging with the process to help shape this state of the art Acoustics Building.
