The works carried out to date include:

• Hot water replacement scheme to building
• Hot water generation plant to kitchen
• New boiler plant to joinery workshop

• Replacement of MTHW pressurisation unit
• Full re-furbishment to restaurant including AC and AHU plant
• Full re-furbishment of office areas including AC, Vent, Heating, Domestics and sanitaryware

• Flood defence works – sump pumps and outlets
