Our installers and sub-contractors have been doing a great job getting ready for the ceilings and floors being installed.

Works have included external water services, 45,000L storage tank for hydrant main, full hydrant main around the perimeter.

Internally we have installed full HVAC systems, domestic services, heating, drainage and sanitary ware to meet the BREEAM Excellent requirements for the scheme.

Southshore School – Southport

With this scheme we acted as main contractor to design and install new zoned heating distribution pipework throughout, inclusive of radiators, fan convectors, pipe coils and radiant panels. Including Stripping out existing services and overseeing all associated builders works.

CM Oxendale Ltd were engaged to carry out the design, supply and installation of the mechanical and plumbing installations to the new Coronation street visitor centre. Working with the client to ensure suitability of systems for future development of the visitor spaces, the installed system included heat recovery ventilation and Hybrid Air conditioning systems. Domestic services included the installation of a rainwater harvesting tank and filter/pump arrangement to serve the toilets to the building with free rainwater to all flushing appliances.

Rochdale 6th Form College –

We Designed and installed high and low level louvres, roof terminals and connecting ductwork to individual AC units to new plantroom cladded shelter, including lighting, Power and Fire Alarm works.

Working with Hargreaves Contracting Ltd we have provided a bespoke ventilation system from concept to commissioning for ABinbev within the new brewhouse, linked to the new masher units, the system automatically operates to remove the large amount of steam generated from the area from the process.

Consideration having to be taken to the lifting beam and space required for the removal of equipment.

West Craven High School Phase 2

Working on behalf of West Craven High School and Lea Hough, we are onsite delivering phase 2 of heating replacements at West Craven school. Works are in progress on the 2nd floor ready for testing, insulation and then Boxing in to protest the pipework.
